Appliance Sherpa accepts return requests made within 30 days of delivery. Return authorization is required before you ship an item back. We will review your request within 3 business days and provide return instructions when the return is approved.
Eligibility
Items that are defective, misrepresented, or incorrectly shipped are eligible for a return. Installation alone does not disqualify a defective-part claim when installation was necessary to discover the defect. However, damage caused by improper installation, handling, or modification is not covered.
If you ordered the wrong part, no longer need the part, or the part did not resolve the appliance problem, the item may be returned only if it has not been installed, modified, or used after delivery. It must include its original packaging, labels, and components. Products sold as used are eligible in the condition in which they were delivered.
Clearly disclosed As-Is or For Parts Only items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Fees
- Defective, misrepresented, or incorrectly shipped parts: Appliance Sherpa covers return shipping and issues a full refund, including original shipping. No processing fee applies.
- Wrong part ordered, no longer needed, or a part that did not resolve the appliance problem: You are responsible for return shipping. Appliance Sherpa deducts a $9.95 processing fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Requesting a Return
To request a return within 30 days of delivery, email help@appliancesherpa.com with your order number, customer name, reason for return, and relevant photos. Appliance Sherpa will respond to return requests within 3 business days. Do not send an item back until you receive return authorization.
Shipping Your Return
After a return is authorized, package the item securely and include the return authorization number. Appliance Sherpa will provide the return address with the authorization. Please use the provided instructions so your return can be identified and processed promptly.
Refunds
After Appliance Sherpa receives and inspects the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds are subject only to the return-shipping responsibility and $9.95 processing fee described above for customer-choice returns; Appliance Sherpa does not apply additional restocking or discretionary fees.
